You can choose any size of card, so even if your current card is only 128MB you can choose a 1GB card (1024MB) and it will be compatible. Also, all the Ultra cards (these are faster versions) such as Ultra CompactFlash will also work with devices that currently use just CompactFlash (and the same applies to Ultra Secure Digital and Ultra Memory Stick). Your phone is SD compatible, which means it can only go up to a memory capacity of 2GB. After 2GB (so from 4GB memory capacity) SD cards become SDHC and use a different file formatting method which is not supported by some devices. Nokia's official specification website for the Nokia E71 (http://maps.nokia.com/A41146123) and the Nokia E66 (http://europe.nokia.com/A41148255) states that both mobile phones are Micro-SD compatible for up to 8GB.
